Our Tracking Program unites student teacher parent and administrator.  It is a bit more intense than traditional mentoring in that we are seeking to assist parents in their roles while pressuring institutions to ensure student success.  Academic emergency is unacceptable.

The purpose of this program is to ensure that students are privy to adult encouragement and when necessary, early intervention as it relates to academic studies.  We work with area junior and senior high schools to identify students who would benefit from additional adult attention.  Students are paired with adult volunteers who monitor academic progress throughout the school year.  Volunteers monitor progress via conversations with students, teachers, administrators, and parents.  Volunteers assess feedback and take action as necessary (i.e. encouragement, finding tutors, facilitation of discussions with parents, teachers and/or administrators, etc.)
